Roles and Responsibilities
The HR advisor should have experience of leading on a range of HR activities including recruitment, policies, employee relations, data management and reporting, compliance and overseeing general HR administration.
Essential Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong presentation skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite or related word processor and spreadsheet software.
